At Windspirit Club we have a modern training center. We teach KiteSurf, Surf and Stand Up Paddle lessons. We also have equipment for rent, we are the main Portugues distributors of the brands Duotone Kiteboarding, Fanatic, ion water e ion bike.
We offer a complete training and follow-up, during and after the completion of our activities.
We have individual lockers for storing your individual equipment ** (price on request).

WINDSPIRIT CLUB KITESURF SCHOOL: we allied security to teaching responsibility, so you can enjoy and have fun than ever get before.
KITESURF BAPTISM:It consists of the presentation of the material that will be used as well as the safety rules to be taken into account. The student enjoys the pleasure of commanding an initiation kite on land, learns to land the kite and lift it, also discovering the power zone. We recommend this KiteSurf Baptism to all those who are curious to try it out and do not want to make a commitment to buy KiteSurf lessons without first having contact with this sport. You can also choose to offer this Baptism as a KiteSurf WindSpirit School Gift Voucher.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Minimum age to perform KiteSurf Baptism - 12 years old If younger than 18 years old, the responsible for Education must sign a disclaimer. Since we care about you, you should make sure you are in perfect health to carry out the activity and you should inform the Kitesurf coach if he has to take any special care.
RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT / CLOTHING:Comfortable/sporty and according to the season, sunscreen and … a good mood is what you need to start this adventure.
1st STAGE - KITE DISCOVERY:The student learns to observe the entire area that surrounds him, as well as the effects of the wind. Following is the presentation of the material and its assembly. After all safety has been verified, the student begins to control the kite, discovering the neutral and "power" zones, learns to lift and lower in the safe areas and at the end of this stage he will be able to master the kite on land.
2nd STAGE – ENTRY INTO THE WATER:In this phase, the student enters the water and explores a technique called "Body Drag", which consists of sailing without a board, only with the help of the Kite and the body, keeping it in balance. The acquisition of this technique is important and fundamental for the recovery of the board when it moves away.
3rd STAGE - TUNING THE WIND, KITE, BODY AND BOARD:In the water, the student starts and trains the "Steady Pull" technique that allows the balance of the body with the board on the feet, risking the first starts. After overcoming and mastering the balance, we train the "Water Start" where the student can start to "slide" in the water at the mercy of the wind returning to land safely.
IKO CARD - FINAL At the end of the course, the KiteSurf coach issues an "IKO CARD" certificate, with the level that the student has reached. It is valid Internationally at any IKO center or school allowing you to rent equipment once you prove your level.

SURF SCHOOL: We don't just want students to learn to surf, but also for them to know how to relate to their surroundings and teach some culture of this sport.
Each student is seen differently in terms of their physical and technical abilities, motivations and goals to be achieved. We are sensitive to different learning rhythms and different follow-up needs.
Teaching should be oriented according to the abilities and goals of the students. We have 3 levels of education at your disposal:
– Initiation | Enhancement | Competition
At Windspirit Club we do a periodic evaluation. In this way, students have a closer awareness of the reality of their progression in the acquisition of different skills.
The last two levels will be supported by a complement in physical work, aiming to increase and improve the different physical abilities, such as aerobic resistance, strength and general flexibility.
Windspirit Club is a school recognized by the Portuguese Surfing Federation.
Classes are taught in groups of maximum 6 students per monitor. The board and wetsuit are provided by the school. If you prefer, you can opt for individual classes with a monitor at your disposal.

AULAS STAND UP PADDLE (SUP): It is a sport performed on the surface of the water, where the practitioner stands on a board and uses a paddle to move in the water. This sport has had an enormous growth in the last 5 years as it combines fun, waves, relaxation/walking and cardio-respiratory/fitness work. All our instructors are certified by IOSUP (International Organization Stand Up Paddle).
As it is a sport with great versatility, it can be practiced by all ages.
