THE WSclub and privacy. As part of our business activities, we are responsible for processing the personal data of our employees, our customers' designated contacts, our suppliers, and other stakeholders. We do this with full respect for the privacy and rights of data subjects.

What personal data we collect and how we collect it 
1. Data provided by the data subject 
We collect personal data provided by the data subject, within the scope of: 
- the execution of employment contracts with our employees (name, date of birth, nationality, address, civil identification number, tax identification number, social security identification number, academic and professional training, marital status, and others that may be necessary throughout the contractual relationship); 
- processing of spontaneous applications or recruitment processes (curriculum data); 
- requests for information through our website (name, email address, telephone number), subscription to the newsletter (email address), creation of an account in the online store (name, surname, email address and password, contact number, address), or contacts established by telephone; 
- maintaining commercial and business/organizational relations with the various interested parties relevant to our activity (in general, we collect and process the name, role, email address and other data arising from the business and commercial relationship and which are necessary for the fulfillment of contracts, legal obligations or for the pursuit of our legitimate interest).

    We also collect personal data through business and commercial relationships with customers (general identification data, mobile phone number, email address, role and other data relating to your professional background), suppliers (name, company, email address and other data that may be necessary throughout the contractual relationship) and other relevant interested parties (identification and professional background data), for the fulfillment and execution of contracts, legal obligations and the maintenance of commercial and business/organizational relationships.

Why, and on what legal bases, we process personal data 
The collection, processing, use, storage and processing of personal data is done to fulfill contracts and legal obligations arising from our business activity, to preserve the vital interests of the data subject or third parties, to pursue our legitimate interest as a leading company in providing a high-quality service, as well as to assess customer and interested party satisfaction, through any digital or physical channel, and to send information about our products and services, a fundamental activity to maintain the high levels of service we aim to provide. 
Whenever we understand it is necessary to process personal data for purposes other than those mentioned, in addition to the legal bases described, we may request consent from the holders of the personal data.

We process personal data through automatic and manual processes, adopting appropriate technological and organizational measures and controls that we consider proportionate to protect and preserve them, including: management of authentication and access to systems and facilities, management of system usage profiles, controlled access to restricted information, in any medium and the use of more robust anti-intrusion techniques and protection of devices, media and information, when necessary. 
WS employees guarantee high ethical standards and confidentiality in the information they access, through a rigorous selection process, adequate professional training and compliance with our quality policy, which formally ensures our commitment to confidentiality and professional secrecy.

Whenever data is shared with third parties outside the European Economic Area, we undertake to act in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation regarding personal data transfers.

Rights of personal data holders 
We organize our processes to effectively respond to requests for access to and consultation of personal data, updating, modification or delivery in a structured and current format, if applicable. 
You may request the deletion, restriction and opposition to the processing and cessation of automatic processing of personal data, as well as the portability of the same, in the case of requests in accordance with current legislation. 
Holders of personal data may complain about the respective processing to the national supervisory authority, the National Data Protection Commission. 
In situations where we request consent from data subjects for processing, this consent may be withdrawn, provided that it is in accordance with current legislation.
