SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Damage during transport:

Small items (up to 20kg) normally delivered by post (CTT Expresso):

When the product arrives, check the condition of the packaging. If you notice any abnormalities (damaged, wet, torn, etc.), you can refuse the order (in this case, without opening it).

If you prefer, you can accept the order, asking the carrier for the delivery receipt and noting what you see wrong with the packaging, including writing “delivery reservations, subject to verification.”

When opening the packaging, whether damaged or not, check for any anomalies caused by transportation. You have 24 hours from the date of delivery to claim damages caused by transportation.

After this period of time, WsCLUB is not responsible for any physical damage or theft of the item(s) that may have occurred during transportation.

Large items (> 20 kg), usually delivered by freight forwarders:

Require unpacking of the article(s).

Check the item(s) for visible damage. If so, DO NOT accept them.

After signing the shipping guide, WsCLUB is not responsible for any physical damage to the item(s).
